In search of a caterer with a unique taste

Project Description

My fiance and I are getting married on June 27th of this year. And we are having trouble finding a catering company we like. the menu we have in mind is simple,

BUFFET STYLE?

Appetizer- Gourmet fruit and cheese platters (chocolate fountain?)

Main dish- Ham carving station (NOTHING with honey due to allergies) and lemon pepper Chicken Thighs

Salad- Italian (similar to Olive Garden)

Sides- mashed potatoes and Garlic butter asparagus, rolls

Drinks- serbert punch, coffee. NO Alcohol.

This is just a general Idea of what we are looking for. We are open to suggestions and would hopefully like to make a decision soon. We are expecting about 200 people, and currently debating on the reception place to be indoor or outdoor so we possibly may need to rent a tent as well. Thank you!
