Make up artist with a vintage touch

I am in need of a make-up artist for the wedding day. I would like to have dramatic eyes and a vintage (possibly pin-up girl) feel to my make-up. Please provide a link to your previous work and your rates. I am willing to take a chance on a 'beginner' or 'part-time' make-up artist as long as you do quality work. Thanks!
