PROPOSAL:
Research of all venues in the Buffalo area and surrounding areas (or any other area you are interested in), based on your preferences and the ambience you would like created on your wedding day (eg. country rustic luxury, city chic, vintage)

Creation of a presentation (with information and photos) of all of the recommended venues that fulfil your preferences (look & feel) and qualifications (e.g. budget) - two drafts

Three phone meetings
- Meeting I: To discuss what you are looking for
- Meeting II: I would brief you on my recommendations and you provide me with your feedback in case you would like me to find additional venues to choose from
- Meeting III: I would brief you on any further venues that I recommend based on your feedback in Meeting II

I am always on email so we can bounce ideas back and forth throughout the process so that I can ensure that all of my suggestions are a good fit to create your perfect day.
