I can video your wedding for you and match the price that you are willing to pay. I have a few weddings under my belt and are currently booked for a few later this year. Fortunately, I am available for your date. Please contact me if you are interested in booking me for your wedding. I can make travel arrangements and take time off from my job in order to be in your area. I am located in Louisiana, but I am willing to travel. A contract is required and half payment is required up front as a deposit in order to reserve. It takes me anywhere from a week to two weeks at the latest to complete project and I will send you final copy in mail. You may also view it online before receiving the final copy and I can make any minor adjustments that you see fit. Please let me know. Thanks

So all you need is a great partner with day-of coordination expertise to make sure all of your efforts are executed flawlessly (or at least look that way to everyone else). With over 15 years experience, we are your ideal solution! Our package includes: Initial consultation; Information share via face-to-face meeting or email exchange;
Vendor communication a minimum of thirty(30) days prior to scheduled wedding date to introduce as point of contact for the day of the wedding and to confirm services, products and schedules as noted in contract terms; Personalized timeline; Wedding rehearsal organization and orchestration; Identification and troubleshooting of unexpected issues; Wedding favors, gift table and guest sign-in setup and replenish;
Management of remaining balance dues and gratuity payments as requested;
Liaison to answer questions or concerns wedding guests may have; Up to eight(8) hours of service the day of the wedding, additional time billable upon request; STRESS RELIEF

We would love to help you with your 'Day Of' wedding package - to assist on the day of the wedding - full coordination of Bridal Party, creating the wedding day timeline, managing vendors and payments, point of contact throughout the day and overall coordination, as well as meet with Bride & Groom before the wedding day to run through the rehearsal and wedding day events.
